The SEALANDER is a flexible caravan, that can be used both on land and on water. It can be connected to just about any car as a cozy travel trailer. And with the help of an outboard engine, it functions as a small engine boat out on the water.
The hull is made of fiberglass reinforced plastic, which is seamlessly connected with a monocoque or outer shell. It is also sealed with a layer of gel coating, for the highest quality surface. This makes the SEALANDER light-weight, extremely robust, and stable both on water and land.
It is light weight, making the SEALANDER environmentally friendly and easy maneuver with smaller vehicles. Moreover, an additional trailer driver's license is not required.
Good to know: To use the SEALANDER you do not need any extra license, neither for camping-trailer use on land or boat use on water.
On land, the ladder provides a stable support for the hitch as well as a safe entryway. On the water, the ladder has several functions: it acts as a railing when raised up; it can be used to attach the on-board grill; and provides a stable way to enter and exit the water when folded down.
The chassis of the SEALANDER is fully galvanized and the hubcaps are encased in oil, creating a protective seal against rust and water damage. This makes transitioning into and out of the water quick and simple.
Four stainless steel handrails on each side provide stability and safety when entering or existing the SEALANDER, as well as extra security when mooring the SEALANDER on water.
Good to know: With a maximal height of 192 cm the SEALANDER fits in any garage, carport or even car park. An enormous advantage not only for trips in urban surroundings.
For use on the water, the Sealander can be fitted with an outboard engine with up to 9,87 horsepower on the stern. It can be driven without acquiring an additional boat driver’s license.
The compact size of the SEALANDER makes it agile and easy to handle on the road. This also means finding a place to park it is not difficult on land or out on the water.
The tinted, panoramic windows on either side of the Sealander provide a luxurious way to take in nature as it passes by, providing a new perspective on whatever view presents itself outside.
Good to know: The SEALANDER is constructed and licensed for a maximal vehicle speed of 100 km/h. With an appropriate towing vehicle, you reach your favourite spots in no time.
The folding roof can be opened two-thirds of the way, offering a unique experience of nature around you. In just a few easy steps, you can either have that feeling of driving with the top down or create a cozy atmosphere depending on the weather.
Inside the SEALANDER, you will find two benches on either side of an adjustable table, which can accommodate up to six people. Within seconds, the seating area can be transformed into a spacious place recline in the sun or under the stars.
From an electronics perspective, the SEALANDER can be outfitted with various types of equipment and features. The materials and colors can also be individualized. For more information, click on the custom packages section.
Good to know: Thanks to its small width, there are no extra exterior mirrors at your car necessary.
